If I had 4 thumbs all four would be pointed upwards for Ecotech Marine customer service, I have been in the hobby many years and hands down the best customer service I have ever received bar none.
I recently purchased a couple of used Radions Gen 1 for a frag tank and although they worked as advertised after 20 minutes they would quit and then restart after they cooled. I found out the fans were not working, I contacted customer service via email explaining my situation and I wanted to buy new fans. They sent an email back asking for the serial numbers and then sent me two new fans at no charge, not even shipping or handling charges.
On my next build I will defiantly put Echotech products at the top of my list...
