Cyano in Refugium, not in tank??

Ok, maybe you guys can help me with this..

My tank is cyano free, but I have some of it in my fuge...growing with the chaeto, as well as some on the walls...it isnt out of control...I realzie this is probably because I dont have a cleaner crew inside my fuge...

I dumped some snails in there, and I am imagining I should put some hermits in there as well.... this should solve the problem right?

hey this is why you built a sump/fuge....as long as its in there dont worry. your fuge is supposed to start looking ugly...almost like swamp thing...covered in algae. its cool !...eventually another algea will take over but for now just be proud of yourself. youve successfully kept cyno out of your display by implimenting a fuge! good luck! and pat yourself

give it a few weeks .it will burn out on own..dont add clean up crew.
