Cycle complete Skimmer help

My cycle just completed and turned the skimmer on 3 days ago....its doing this, what do i do?

Dial it down and empty it. It's skimming the crap out

Its dialed all the way down, and no plug in it cause it would be full in seconds.

Just let it run at its loosest setting; it'll cycle like this for a bit and after a few days should calm down. They don't usually do this, but this looks like a good skimmer and it seems to be sensitive.

Brand new tank, and skimmer

Let it drain back into the sump whilst its doing this, it'll calm down in a day or so and start producing darker skim at a manageable level.
