How long should i let it sit for before i add any life to it?

I used all Marco Rocks and dead sand. I put 2 pieces of LR from my existing tank in there as well as a cup of the sand. I've also added cheato, halmedia, and mangroves(not noticing them growing fast).I've had water in it for 1 month so far.

The tank is a 200G water volume. I'm currently running no skimmer, only PO4 media in a reactor and Carbon.

I plan on transferring everything in my existing tank into this one. Should I swap water between the two tanks in hopes of making the water quality the same in both tanks? New SW for WC's on the new tank?

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you used dry rock and sand you could technically move it all over at once. People do it when they upgrade all the time although you still might experience a small cycle that likely won't amount to much. Without anything "dying" in the tank, your not cycling it at the moment anyways.

What's your livestock your transferring? Cause I you seeded dead rock with live it's true you wont really have die off bu that small amount of rock won't support much of a bioload at once. It will need to be added slowly to allow the rock to keep up. If not you'll have a lot of fish poo, etc. Not being broken down fast enough. My opinion, don't just transfer all your stuff at once.

Bioload is 2 saddleback clowns, lavander tang, eyeline tang, black blenny, 9 tiny chromis, 4 lyrtail antheis, and a bunch of corals.

Are you testing good on Ammonia and Nitrite? I would think with dead rock seeded with fully cured live rock, you never really saw much of a cycle. If it has been a month you are probably ready to add the heartier animals. I would start with the Chromis, move them over and watch and test for a week. If they don't cause Ammonia or Nitrite, try moving the clowns, then some tougher corals if you have them.

I moved from a 110 to a 150, with almost all the livestock you see in my sig. The only difference I see between your potential move and mine is that I transferred all my live rock as well. That means my biofiltration capacity moved together with the bioload.

So, in your case, my concern would be if the biofiltration in your tank is capable of all that livestock. IMO, not yet. You'll have to transfer slowly. I like Floowid's schedule. Go with that.
