Hi I am cycling a 60 gallon quarantine. I have had the same levels of ammonia for days. I tried to kick start with dr time. And I bought two of the blocks from brs(pictured below) I have a high flow rate through my sump. My question is can I just put the blocks in the sump and trust they we eventually bacterialiZe? Thanks. No live rock, base rock, or sand. Just the bio media blocks.

Yes the bacteria will eventually grow if you put them in your sump. Just give it a few weeks. Also keep in mind after you put them in your QT don't put them back into your main system
