Cycling With Mysis

I have some frozen mysis shrimp cubes and was wondering if a few of these would be good enough to kick start a cycle in a newly set up tank. I know about the cocktail shrimp method, so I dont see how this would be any different. If anyone has any input, I'd appreciate it. If it'll work, how many cubes would be sufficient for a 90 gallon tank. I appreciate it.

I would just add the live rock and give it time. It will balance itself out. Patience.

I know people use the raw shrimp because when your done with it, it is easier to take out than a bunch of tiny mysis shrimp.
