Cyclop-eeze freezer bar?

How should I feed this to my corals? I only have a few small soft and LPS corals at the moment, but I'm not sure how to feed it. Also, how much do I feed? Would my fish also benefit from eating it?

I have a 75 gallon tank. I have a small cleaner goby, a 3 stripe damsel, and 2 false clowns.

I only know the names of a few corals: hammer coral, some zoos, and a mushroom.

My fish love the stuff. I slice off a little bit (a little goes a long way) and put it in a cup with RO water for about a minute. Then I dump it into the tank, and the critters go wild.

that is the #1 rated food for reefs. i leave mine in the water about 15-20 seconds in front of a powerhead. its should be eaten and dispersed throughout the tank with filter off for about 30 minutes.
JDM...:smokin:...:p

I break off a small piece let it unthaw in a cup of my water, then fill up a pipette with it. From there i target feed whatever needs to be specifically feed, once i feed all i let the rest out into the tank to wander freely.

I just cut one end open on the wrapper and push the bar out a little, stick it in the water and wave it back and forth several times. Everything goes nuts when they sense it, polyps come out like crazy!
