Directions . Join us to see her beautiful Anemone dominated 90 gallon tank and get a chance to grab an anemone or win a frag. Here's a complete description of her tank:
120 Gallon RR Tank, set up in March 08 (upgrade from my 90).
40 gallon sump/refugium, cheato, CF light on 24 hours per day
Aqua C Skimmer (150?) w/Mag 7
Mag 12 return, dual overflows
2 x 250 Watt Metal Halide lighting, on 10 hours per day
2 banks of fans (3 fans in each) installed in the canopy
ReefKeeper II controller
Around 120 pounds of figi live rock
3 inch sand bed
Spawning clown p sir (female percula, male oscellaris
Purple Tang
2 firefish
3 barlets anthias
2 cleaner shrimp
A few zoanthids
Fewer mushrooms
A fair chunk of Xenia
Some 10 bubble tip anemones or so? All but one are clones of my original anemone when my 90 was set up 3 years ago
To sum of the tank: Anemone Mania!
Anyone that can show me how to get anemones off the rocks can have one! (except the rose, it stays =P) I have too many anemones that I cannot really add anything else to the tank. (they killed the 3 pieces of SPS that I put in the tank) I'd like to get at least 5 out safely if possible. Bring a bag or rubbermaid container and your mad anemone removing skills and you too can have one of the proliferic splitting BTA of undetermined color variety! I'd really like my 120 gallon anemone takn become the mixed reef I had planned.
I will be there and I hope that you too can make it.
