D80 Zoa Pics - Seeking Suggestions

I've been struggling with getting pictures I'm happy with of my tank. I've been reading alot lately and took the below shots in fully manual mode and am think I'm at the point where I need some help and suggestions on things to try.

Those are some awesome. Those PPE's don't have the stripes on the outside. Weird.
Great pics though.
