I will let the pics do most of the talking here.
Swallowtail was added without quarantine about 2-3 weeks ago (bad idea, I know).
Shortly after adding him I noticed this mark on his side, but I assumed it was a wound from doing battle with the boss of the tank (flame angel). The territorial debate has died off, but the mark remains.

Now, marks are starting to show up on other tank mates. Behavior is normal, all fish are feeding aggressively. The marks dot seem to be raised, maybe very slightly concave if anything. The yellow tang has some of the webbing in his dorsal fin missing, but that could be unrelated.
Very slight "bleaching" noticed in one of the clown's stripes, but is hard to see in the pic.
Not sure what this could be, or if I should be setting up a hospital tank.

Hmm. The mark on your angel looks like a scalpel wound. My female clown looks like that when she's defending eggs and my kole tang gets too close. Keep an eye on it and keep your water quality up and its should heal.

Not sure about the marks on the others. The pits on your tang look like they are occurring along his lateral line, but HLLE usually shows up on the fish's face first I think.

Thanks, I'm somewhat at a loss as to what I'm looking at here. I'm going to cut back flow to the GAC and GFO reactors and start soaking food in selcon. Water parameters are all good, but i did a WC and vaccumed the sump and cleaned out under the rockwork today (BB tank) just for safety's sake.
I've had the tangs and clowns for 2+ years and would hate to lose any of them. Any more suggestions, I'm all ears.

What kind of carbon are you using?

Not sure the name brand off hand, it is pretty large pellets. I have used a few large containers of it in the past with no problems, but I typically use brs.
I always rinse with rodi throrougly.

Well, I'm out of ideas.

You might as well eliminate stray current as a factor (no clue how to do that, maybe someone else will come along). You probably should post these pictures over at the fish disease board to see if anyone has some suggestions that are actually useful.

I do think your angel's issue is unrelated.

Was actually in the process of ordering a grounding probe, and will check for stray with my dmm tomorrow.
