Anyone know how to do this? Is it one charger or two? Also Plug from controller to battery, another plug for then battery to battery? Confused?

I believe you still use a charger on each battery you have. There is a small port on the controller I believe that you can daisy chain the controllers but I am not sure! I am not at home right now but here is one of my set ups. I want to say I can see two more plugs on the bottom left of my battery backup. There is only one input on the controllers, which the battery back up plugs into, so I'd imagine each controller needs to be plugged directly into a battery back up and then the batteries daisy chain to each other.

As Scott mentioned, the most recommended way to run your Battery Backup units is to employ a dedicated power supply for each unit. You can in fact daisy chain (1) additional Battery Backup by connecting the fused cable from the first (power supplied) unit to the second.
