Damsel with Eye Popping Out

I have a yellow damsel with one eye that is popping out - very neatly and symmetrically.

Is this a disease, or a reaction due to one of the other damsels attack?

looks like an injury..I would wait and see how it goes..

I am not surprised. They are always nipping at each other.

I just thought I would see more carnage.
