Dark spot on Powder Blue...sick?

I have a new Powder Blue in a 180 for about 4 weeks. He's eating, fat, and color looks good. Today I noticed one dark bloth next to his tail fin. Its about the size of a nickel and only one.

Not sure what this is from research, any ideas? The best I can come up with right now is he was burnt by a coral.

I have a chevron tang with the same thing. If you find out how to treat it please let me know.
