Dark spot on white face powder brown tang

Got this guy a few days ago and noticed a dark spot on his tail today. Fish is eating great and not behaving strangely. Has anyone seen this before?

It has lightened up a bit. It is oval in shape. Has anyone had any experience with flukes?

Ok something else has come up. There seems to be a circle on the tangs head. Come on people does anyone have any clue what this might be? Can fish get ringworm?

Did you ever find out what may have caused the white ring on the brown tang? I just bought a brown tang and introduced into my tank yesterday. It developed three white rings (one on the head, and two on the right lower belly). I didnt notice the rings at the LFS. I saw it when my light went out. Please let me know. Thanks.
