Dark spots on clownfish

I'm hoping for an answer on this as well.
Sometimes these spots are the results of a poisoning from 'stings' by a coral or anemone that the fish tries to get too friendly with.
Review what else is in the tank with them.
Monitor the fish closely. They should go away IF you are feeding them a proper diet:

These fishes are omnivores and need vegetables as well as meaty foods.
