DC 4 failure

My neptune DC4 has ceased working. All 4 outlets are dead regardless of condition. Is there anything I could check that is user serviceable?
thanks, Mike

Thanks aquaduck; I'll have to take another look - I had taken off the top, and peeked inside to see if I saw a fuse, and I didn't see one. Maybe I don't know what it would look like,

Ok, I found the fuse (don't know how I missed it), and took it out and checked it with my multimeter, but it checked good. However...when I put it back together, it started working. Then...when I hooked it up to the controller, it quit working, but when I plugged it in and out (of the house current), a couple of times, it started working again. I've removed power from it 5 or 6 times, and it always fires up now, but since I didn't do anything to fix it, I don't know if I can trust it,

Does it pass commands through it to a downstream DCX or IM513? Are the pins on the RJ11 connector bent or damaged?

Hi Curt,
It appears to be working fine now, I'm just not sure if I really fixed the problem, since all I did was remove and replace the fuse. The fuse checked out good on my multimeter, and I put the same one back in. The box then worked when I plugged it in. When I plugged it in back at the tank connected to the controller, it once again failed to work. I then connected and disconnected the house current plug, and it started working. Since then, I have removed and restored power several times and it has always started working right away. I am not knowledgable of electronics, so I don't know if there is anything in there that would give this kind of intermittent fault. It is an all or nothing thing, as well, from nothing live, to fully functional.
thanks for any ideas,
Mike
