Ch 1 on my DC4 has no current. If I turn it on and off in manual
mode I can hear it click but still no power. I had a sunlight supply
250w hqi ballast on that channel. Is there a fuse that has blown?
The DC4 has a 10 Amp fuse and if blown would keep the outlets from getting power. The relays would continue to click as there is a second non-replaceable fuse that powers the internal circuitry and relay coils. Check the fuse and see if it is blown.
It is not the internal fuse that is causing the problem. Perhaps the relay is broken. Please send an email to support@neptunesys.com. Include the serial number of the DC4, and I'll issue a RMA # so that you can return the unit for repair.
