I have a dc 8 that is not working indicator light is on but none of the plug ins work. If you unplug unit and plug it back in it clicks and works for just a second.

I had the same issue with my DC8, I unplugged it, disconnected the aquabus cable, and then reconnected it. All working now.

I have tryed unplugging and replugging several times and the only way it will work is if i push all 4 little white pins up. pins located by green indicator light. but by doing that it wont allow plug ins to be controlled by controller.

Those white pins are for the DC8 address. It sounds like you have an address conflict. The best way is to read the manual on how to see the address.

How many DC8, DC4, Aquasurf, lunar modules do you have?

How are they connected in order?

Example: Controller -> DC8 -> DC4 -> Lunar Module

What are the address of each module (how are the pins set, which are up and which are down)

its solo. the dc is the only thing connected to the aqua controller jr. and the pins are all in the up position. if i push them all down to the on position none of the plug ins will work. not sure whats goin on with it....should it still function from controller with all pins pushed up?

With the 4 white switches set to OFF (pushed in at the top), the DB8's outlet addresses are A1-A8. These values are what you need to use to define the corresponding timers.
