dc 8 trouble

You dont happen to offer a swing unit for customers who have to send back their dc8s from neptune for service? Tried the phone but got the machine and thought I would try this avenue. My 2 week old dc8 has the #4 circuit stuck on, called neptune and was told to send it in but in the mean time what do i use to controll my heater? And of course I will have to pay the shipping to them after only using it for 2 weeks. I guess I am just venting, sorry

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we do not have any loaner units that we can send out. If you'd like, I"d be more than happy to pay for the shipping from you back to Neptune?

Thanks for the reply. I cant ask you to pay for the shipping. I did purchase it will a 10% coupon so I got a good deal as it was. I will do some posting locally if anyone has a loaner or a heater controller so I can send it back. I did notice the light I had on the blown circuit will snap alittle when I plug it in from a small spike. I am wondering if this might have caused it? I have it running on another channel so I will see if that one stays intact. These are brand new bulbs I purchased at the same time. Seems sometime when I do to many things at the same time and a problem arises it is guess work as to what the actual culpert was.
