DC4 Problems

Emailed Curt and he quickly helped me solve the problem. I had never noticed the tiny switches on the side of the DC4 box-thought it was a connector port! Used a paper clip and set the switches to correct positions-down,up,up,up to get controller to respond to B 1-4 switch names. Don't remember seeing this in the manual. Everything works fine now.

Those are the dip switches we were refering to earlier. I am glad that everything is ok

I had to almost get out a magnifying glass to see them!:lol: Us old grannies don't see like we use to nor learn new tech stuff very easy! My husband teaches satellite communications/electronics for USAF but I don't allow him to touch my saltwater stuff! These tanks are my babies, he just works and pays for them!
