Dead Mag 5

Hey PA,

I ordered a Mag 5 from you guys on May 19. I received it a few days later, but I only got around to actually using it today. It ran for a few minutes and it was really loud. Lots of vibration and rattling, but it worked. I figured maybesome kind of cushioning would fix it.

I unplugged it and went away for a few minutes to find a mouse pad or something. Then when I came back and plugged it in, nothing happened. I tested the outlet I was using and the extension cord and they were ok.

So just wondering what my options are. Do I contact you guys or the pump makers?

You could try taking the impeller out and making sure nothing got down in there. If after that it still does not work you would need to contact Danner. They do all their warranty. If you need their # just let me know. Hope that helps.
