Dead Pump?

My Double Cone 180 RD3 Pump isn't spinning. The controller shows 0 watts and when I push the buttons it shows "œSP In". I've rebooted several times and cleaned the pump with no change.

When you cleaned it, did you take it completely apart and remove the impeller? If you pull the pump out, remove the nozzle and put your finger in the hole where the nozzle goes, can you rotate the impeller easily? It sounds like there is something preventing the impeller from spinning.
