Dead Snails!!

We have had 2 of out mexican turbos die in the last 3 months. i have no idea what would be killing them. there are other types of snails in the tank, and they are all ok, i have not seen any of them dead. it is a 120g reef tank. and has been setup for about 2 years now. any ideas?????

Turbo snails are use to colder water so they usually only last 6 months or so.

so, what type of snails go into a reef tank that do not die within 6 months, apparently turbo, snails and margareta snails can not go into a reeftank because of the hi temps?

Also, it could've been a aclimatation problem. If you don't slowly aclimatate your snails, just like shrimp, they will die, or live for very short time.

the snails have been in there for almost a year now, i hope that is was not an aclimation problem
