Deal on p3 kit now ended official!

This is the official announcement to let everyone know the P3 upgrade deal has now ended.

The will be NO extensions.

Many thanks for the masses that have pre ordered.

We hope to roll them out within the next 6 weeks.

Why did it end Early?
I DID NOT get to order my kit and am EXTREMELY dissapointed in GHL.
 
they said 9PM... he posted at around 4PM PST that the deal was over.
I worded my last post badly. I was looking yesterday and could not find a single store with the upgrade posted when I got home, around 6pm PST. I came in today and find this post... posted at 4PM PST that the deal was over. when it was said it would go through 9.
 
That is a shame Josh... I hate it when I wait until the last minute, and miss a deal on something. I know this is very frustrating for you.
This time, I paid for it last month - so I would not miss the dead line.

This is quite simple

Why was it posted at an earlier time?

We had to post while we were still online and open.

The message was here, but dealers still had it listed until the deadline. Dealers knew the deal had to end on the 30th at 9pm, all dealers honoured this.

I am sorry but I advertised solidly about the deadline, two months was given to order this, I think that is well within time for everyone to order.

NOBODY is being unfair, I am sorry. There is absolute no reason to be disspointed in GHL.

HOWEVER - if you contact progressive reef by phone TODAY, Sunday 1st Nov BEFORE 4pm PST I will facilitate your order. After this time the store will be shut and there will be NO futher extensions

I knew this would happen, 4 pm's and 7 emails in 10 minutes of this post.

Why do people leave things to the last minute then blame us for not ordering ontime, yep thats my rant for the day, sorry :(

The above time line today applies to everyone who missed the well advertised deadline.

NO further extensions! Even if the cat has been ill for the past two days.

Call 1866 997 7333 ask for Spencer, you have until 4pm PST Sunday 1st Nov.

NO email orders will be accepted.

So- how do you expect US hobbyists to run on time???:lol: Heck... I was even born a month late!

You could have given 10 years notice, and there would still be people saying you were unfair with the deadline.
 
Nope, thats why I have 20 years of front line customer care skills to fall back on ;) And if that fails I can always throw my toys out the baby carriage a few times also

To give you all an update of how things will run from here

ALL dealers were contacted today to supply final numbers and serial numbers.

They have 5 days to reply. (yes all dealers WILL reply so please dont panic)

Next Monday the order will be placed with GHL.

It is then up to GHL to decide how many will be released on the first wave taking into account evenly spread global demand.

The minute we get the first shipment I personally will start dispatching on a first come first served basis the quota GHL have allocated to us.
