Deal or No Deal

Hey yall...
I have the opportunity to purchase a refurbished 'Olympus SP-350' Underwater set-up with:

Camera 8.0 Mega pixel
Housing
Chip
Two Batteries
Charger

all for $570.

Now I heard by the shop keeper that this is a really good deal. Does anyone here have experience or input on this?

DO you think iti is a good deal?

It depends on the housing really- the camera itself sells for about $200 (per bizrate, which is the first link that came up). I see an Ikelite housing made for that camera that costs about $440 brand new. By "chip" I assume they mean memory card, and you need to know how big it is so you can place a value on it. Batteries- are they new? Batteries can be expected to perform well only for two years... at least that's been my experience.
I don't intend to sound like it's not a good deal but you need to get more info before you can know for sure.
