Deal or No Deal

I currently have a 65 gal soft reef tank and have always dreamed about a bigger one. I have found one in my city...here is what it is...210 Oceanic 2 overflows, 4 x 54 t5's a sump/refugium price sticker $425 an unknown skimmer with a mag return pump. Nice looking stand and canopy. I would guess approx 200-250 lbs of sand and approx 150-200 lbs of rock. I think I can buy the deal for 2k. Tank was purchased new from dallas north aquarium 4 months ago. Is it a decent deal. Also am worried about the amount of light. I keep mushrooms and anemone and toad stool now. I don't want to go mh lights right now. What kind of lights will I need to keep the stuff I already have. Don't want to run mh because of heat issues. I am trying to hold out a couple of years until the leds come down in price. Thank for the advice.

From new i think its a good price but from the deals i have gotten and seen i wouldnt buy it i sold my fully running 150 with halides and rock and corals for like $750 dont know if its just were i live but tanks that arent new are sold cheap!

Its a so-so deal, you wouldnt be able to piece together a system fom less IMO. Figure on throwing the sand out and adding some more t5s. Probably another 4 bulbs? Keep in mind that T5s still put out quite a bit of heat especially if they are Icecap 660 driven(overdriven). I wouldnt fall down trying to run to the deal, but its not a bad deal by any means. I would try and figure out what the skimmer is. If its an octopus or asm or better then it makes it definately a better deal.
