Debelius Reef Lobster go rogue? HELP

Hello I have a 3 inch Debelius Reef Lobster in a 30 gallon reef tank. My tank has been what I call the Bermuda Triangle for fish. I currently have 2 clowns an orchard dotty back and a royal gramma. But I've had 4 dragonets 2 lyretail anthias 1 ventralis anthias (very angry) a few neon blue damsels an just today a 2 1/2 inch Radiata Lionfish all but disappear. All fish were healthy and eating the just disappear over night. Also I have 3 electric blue hermits. I found a little bit of my lion fish this morning in his cave along with the hermits.

Has anyone had experience with these little lobsters going rogue? Is it the hermits? I have come to see a pattern that they are all slow moving fish that sleep in the rocks and are always there the night before when I do a head count and gone the next morning when I do a head count. I have a secure fitting lid so no one is jumping out. Here's a pic of what's left of the lion fish

Looks like you have a well-fed little lobster there. I'm no fish genius but from what I understand about lobsters, they hunt at night while your fish are sleeping, and hide in the rocks all day. I'd put him in the sump and see if any more fish disappear. Realistically, for a lobster in a fish tank, you'd need tons more space than a 30gal. It's just too easy for them to catch a meal in such a confined space. You'd be better off with a tank of at least 96"x24" to give the fish a chance.
