Ok I thought since this meeting is THIS weekend I'd give htis a bump!!! Here is all the information!!!
Fee structure and details:
In the past we have done "table space" out of a club tank. This has proven to be less effective than we would like. So this year we have 4 "frag tanks" available for those people who would like to sell at the event but don't have tanks of their own. These spaces will include all of the equipment needed to sell. IE tank, lights, heaters, etc. All prices are as stated below.
11:00am Vendor set up
1:00pm Frag event/meeting begins
5:30pm event/meeting over
6:30pm cleanup needs to be done
1) FREE entry into the event
2) Table space for non-members and member sponsors/business partners: $25 cash or check plus a $25+ suggested retail value frag for the club selling table
3) Table space for members and society/featured/premium sponsors: a $25+ suggested retail value frag for the club selling table
4) Table space for Platinum sponsors: FREE
If you want to reserve a table and already have the setup, the price would be the same, just have to let us know!! Also, if you don't have a tank and the frag tanks are sold out, you can still reserve a table and sell out of bags, or a different tank that you can come up with.
Table fees will be fixed amounts, that means no ticket system (as used in the past) and you get to keep all the money you make. Payment methods accepted are up to you.
The club will have both a selling table for the donated frags and a raffle for dry goods/gift certificates.
PLEASE let us know if you will need a tank. We have limited space and will only provide this if you are pre-registered, and again on a first come, first served basis.
I have provided links to websites if you haven't already been there for the respective vendors. If no website is available please contact the vendor and I'm sure they will do their best to accomodate you!
