December Meeting and Christmas Party???

What do you guys think about having a December meeting and our normal Christmas party??? Normally we combine the two, but I think we should maybe try and have both this coming month... The only reason is because at the November meeting we had discussed showcasing the trip to the Tennessee Aquarium as an attraction for new members... If we don't have a meeting at the Coral Reef before we do the trip, it will be hard to do that... This may be too hard to do with the holidays and what not, so I'm up for suggestions... It might be nice to have the meeting at the CR early in the day as suggested, and then for all new members wanting to, they can come to the Christmas party later on...

Another thought would be to have the meeting in January along with the Nashville Frag swap...

Its clear these next couple of months are going to be busy, so I'm just tossing ideas out there... LMK what you guys think?!?!?!

We haven't exactly "combined" them in the past...we've just not really had a December meeting. We just forgo the business for a fun Christmas party.

I'm completely fine if you want to meet up at the Coral Reef though so we can drum up new members and let people know about the club.

Just tell me when to show up.

Meeting at CR in December sounds fine for me, too. Easier to make that than the Christmas party, actually.

I doubt if I can make it down there untill this weekend, but if no one else can do it before then, I'll gladly go down and ask about it... I can also make up another flyer if someone else is going down...

reeflover101~ If there is anything you are wanting to know, don't hesitate to ask... The ETRC is going to have a meeting at the Coral Reef off of Kingston Pike here in the next couple of weeks with the intention of informing the public a bit more about our club... We're also meeting tomorrow night (Nov. 27) at Sakura around 7 if you want to come eat some sushi... Glad you found your way here... Hope to meet you soon...

Website has been updated to reflect the next meeting at the Coral Reef. I need some more info (Directions and the like) to get the Christmas part nailed down.
