Defective Tunze 6025

I bought TWO nanostream 6025's on 12/7, Have had them in the tank since they came...

one becamse NOISY as hell tonight, took it apart and the shaft came right out...

I need a replacement unit...

also the one sent to me had a broken mount, I superglued it, is there anyway this could be replaced as well since I will have to send the one defective unit anyways??

I have my order # on hand and have e-mailed you guys as well...

I'm unhappy as this thing is noisy in less then 2 weeks, I hope this is not gonna be a constant issue with these things :(

Please help !!!

Recieved replies back in email from marine depot, they gave me an RMA and will be sending me a replacement unit upon arrival of my broken tunze 6025 and the broken mount that I superglu'd back together...

I am going to be sending out the defective product tommorow, but I have some more bad news.. My 2nd nano stream 6025 I bought from you guys is now making that same excact noise the 1st one started too...

I need another RMA for the 2nd one..

These tunze are CRAP... :(
