Does anyone have a dell laptop that they would be willing to bring tom. I have one and for some reason it is not getting power. I want to try to use another charger to see if it is that or if it is in the comp somewhere.

What type of Dell? I have 2 different types of power supplies for Dells.

The newer dells use a totally different power supply. the older ones use a squareish plug. I think i still have the older square type laying around.

it is the older square type. I believe it is a inspiron 2000
