Can survive in our aquariums?

If yes what is the key(s)?

i have the same questions about scleronephthya-stereonephthya.

Anyone succeded with these species for long time(over 1-2 years).

Thank you.

C. Stottlemire - for more than 1 yr, mcox33 - for at least 3 yrs.

Continuous feeding, variety of mouth-sized food, high flow, efficient filtration. Details are in the links above. Others can give more details, but I don't know for how long they were able to keep theirs...

Many species only live for 1.5 - 2 years maximum in the wild, so don't expect to see more than that in captivity.

There are several people keeping them alive for about that long these days, but it requires TONS of feeding (preferably continuous), and a very efficient nutrient management system.

I believe people are having more success with Dendronepthya sp. over Scleronepthya sp.
