Derasa situations...

Hi all,

I've had a pair of T derasas (the blue one, about 4inches, for two years, a Blue rimmed type for a year) that have shown little or not growth for the past few months, maybe more.
They are alive and are the victims of a nipping Siganus unimaculatus (since removed). The foxface nipped on the mantles repeatedly until i was able to remove the fish. Foxface had been with the clams quite some time prior to this behavior.
Anyhow, the clams both have their mantles piched in and the inside of the shell is somewhat visible where the condition exists. On either end there is a little overlapping of the mantle of the shell but not much. I see no signs of any new shell being laid down and my Ca and Alk levels are at optimal conditions (judged by occasional testing and rapid growth of my SPS). These clams have not been moved from when they were healthy. They react to light opening during the day, closing partly@ night) and they react to shadows and always have.
They are located on the bottom/sandbed of a 90 gallon with 2x250 watt 'sakis and 2 110 VHO actinic.
Their conditions have not worsened nor have they improved. I feed 2x week a few drops of Tahaitian Blend Instand Algae but the clams thrived long before I started using this stuff so i don't believe they are starving.
Any thoughts on how I can help these two bivalves?

Thanks,
