Do we have anyone else willing to share their home tank with the group? Speaking of the group I'd like to also gather a list of attendees to see if we can arrange some kind of carpool. Just post here if your planning on attending even though your not hosting.

Didn't JD say he was up for it? He may have those new pumps running by that time.

PS, I'd be happy to carpool with my truck, holds 4 or 5 comfortably.

Surely we can get a few more people. My tank isn't worth spending more than 10 or 15 minutes watching.

We have another person willing to host his tank in our tour of the Des Mones area.

Got the new Icecap pumps put on the tank yesterday, so everyone can check them out.

No they are just constantly flowing, suppose I could hook the up to the AC but havn't tried it yet.

I think we have enough stops, we need to get an idea of how many are going to come.

unfortunately, I won't be able to go see anyones tank because of my crazy a-- kids

I'm bringing my daughter with me, I hope nobody minds... She is pretty good but likes to talk alot, it fact it can be never ending.

Right now I'm thinking of starting the tour at 3pm.

Gong in this order with estimated time of arrival.

Tinytool 3pm - (Since his lights turn off earlier than the others)
Terry Ricke 3:45-4pm
MWood 4:30 - 4:45
Tibbs2 5:45-6pm
Aruba1334 6:15-6:30
Tinytool to pick up cars 7pm.

Keep in mind these are just estimates because I don't know how long we'll stay at each tour site.

I see a problem already... I completely missed that aruba1334s lights are out at 5pm, well have to change the order.

Will we be posting other addresses, or just giving out phone numbers to those who show up and playing follow the leader?

Since everyone hosting will be in the carpool; as far as I know, I thought we would just the follow leader/next host. But you bring up a good point, some may not be able to make the first stop.

If anyone wanting to participate in the tour has concerns about making the first stop before we leave please let me know and I'll send you my cell #. I can let you know where we are on the route because we don't have a set schedule for the stops.

We may stick around each stop and consume a beverage or 2. I don't want anyone to feel rushed or left out because we are trying to stick to a schedule.

Here is a little taste of what we'll see on Saturday.

TinyTool - new ICECap Pumps, complete fish room setup
Aruba1334 - Has alot of tanks, some with PC, Florecent and Halides; almost a 1,000 gallons in his basement is what I think he said.
Tibbs2 - T5 lighting that you read alot about
MWood - A unique 300g tabletop tank
Terryricke - put a Deltec MCE600 skimmer on my tank Wednesday.

If anyone still needs directions to Tinytools for the 3pm start please let me know. I can also send anyone my cell# if they can't make it to Tinytool's place before we leave.
