Desjardini Sailfin Tang - marks on face?

Hello...I've had a desjardini sailfin tang in QT for about 7 weeks now. I noticed today he has some marks on his face and am trying to determine what they are/if they are anything to be concerned about...any help would be appreciated!

Hard to tell, but IMO looks like HLLE.
