Please help me with my big beautiful Clown who has a prolapsed eye ball.
It was cloudy to begin with but all seemed fine then it just began to start to protrude... he may have got hit with a small piece of coral but I am unsure of this. He's been hanging around in his anemone but sometimes hangs to his side that the eye that is damaged is on. As there is no such thing as a marine fish eye doctor... I am wondering what to do and I am worried I am going to lose him... he's quite big about 10cm.
Please any suggestions would be grateful!

This is called POP EYE. If it's only one eye and is not cloudy then he has injured it on something and it will go down in about a week. If it has 2 pop eyes or they are cloudy then it's probably Flukes, which can be treated with Prazipro.

It would be better to put it in a hospital tank and treat it there. I have treated it in a DT with no ill effects but it will kill feather dusters and all types of worms including bristle worms (which are very good for your tank) it's your call. Sometimes the stress in catching the fish is out weighed by loosing worms and so forth. You need to turn the skimmer off or it will go crazy.
