Recently, it has come to our attention that bottle caps are being destroyed while in transport. Therefore we would like to advise all customers to report all damaged products.
The product should be returned to us. Once the complaint has been made, it will be exchanged for new product.
This situation is associated with the small amount of faulty batch of caps. These were delivered to us by supplier by mistake. As a result all caps were exchanged in September. We would like to ensure you that quality of our products has not changed. The defect affects only the packaging.
While the recall include limited number of products, we know that this type of event creates concern for our customers.We would like to apologize for occurred error and any inconvenience caused.
