determining date of manufacture?

How can you tell the date of manufacture on a stream? THe only #s I see are:


6080A, 8500l/h, CE, DB I67

Look towards the back of that sticker for a 3 digit number stamoped into the plastic.

Into the plastic it says '4 2 4', what date does that correspond to (or is that the wrong set of numbers? it's all I could find). Is there some cipher to determine what the date of manufacture is from the numbers? Thanks!!!
