Determining flow rate

My chiller has been kicking on and having a hard time lately. I think I've narrowed it down to the mag5 pump running pretty hot. Once I turned that off as a test, it seemed like my chiller really kicked into overtime pulling the temp down. So, instead of using this to feed the skimmer, Im thinking about using the return to go to the skimmer, as its already feeding the chiller as well, and I have a lot of power left for it.

Im curious how I can measure the flow rate? I thought I had seen some kind of inline contraption to measure flow rate, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Here is one, but will only go to 500gph, but figure in your head pressure and your pump is pumping less than that anyway.
