Devil's Hand discoloration

I had to move this Devil's Hand leather (about a month ago) from one tank to another because it was getting picked on by a Lemonpeel Angel. Unfortunately, this tank is infested with flatworms (you can see them in the pic). This coral was doing fine, actually looking much better, until just a few days ago. Now it has these weird greenish blothces on it and also a hard spot (that you can't see in the pic). Anyone know what's going on? Could the flatworms be causing this? It has shed before but never looked like this. TIA

It looks like detritus is building up in the lower areas. IMO you either need more flow or you need to take a turkey baster and blow off the stuff building up in the low areas.

I think you're seeing the flatworms.
