Devonshire Cup Coral

Does anyone have experience with these corals. I have 2 of them
that hitch hiked on a rock and I am curious about their care. When I
first spotted them I thought they were aiptasia but upon closer
inspection I could see the hard skeletons. I then thought that maybe
they were budding plate corals but after doing some research I learned
they were cup corals. I treat them just like my sun corals and they
seem to do fine but I am curious what other peoples experience are with
them.

The rocks origins are unknown, it was in a mixed frag tank at the lfs. Originally it had a large green hairy mushroom on it. I don't have pics but I will try and get some. They are so small that they are hard to photograph. Roughly they are each about the size of a single zoa polyp.

Here are a couple of pics. I just fed them not long ago so they are still eating in the pictures.

How did you identify them? I wonder because the Devonshire Cup Coral (Caryophyllia smithii) has a range that is in temperate to cold water.

I knew they were a cup coral and when I was searching for info everything I found was on the Devonshire version. After searching through all of the NPS threads I am certain now that it is Phyllangia americana from the Carribean. There still isn't much info available on them.
