DI needed?

Should I add a DI to my existing RO system? Or do the chloramine carbon blocks like from "The filter guys" do just as well?

The RO only will get you in the neighborhood of 98 % rejection. Which depending on your pressure and incoming tap water tds could be anywhere from 5 to 20 or so TDS. The DI stage will take care of the remaining TDS to get you to 0.

Carbon blocks remove chlorine and volatile organic chemicals like benzene and herbicides/pesticides.
DI acts as a final polishing treatment to get the things the carbon and RO do not get all of like phosphates, nitrates, the ammonia part of chloramines and silicates.
Two different technologies that treat different things.
