Ok i've reviewed so many pumps and red so many opinions i'm almost there.
the price was not an issue neither was the flow you just go bigger lol ; no the

-heat transfer
-noise
-wattage
-controll
So i came up with a winner;
Diablo DC 3500 Variable Speed Water Pump

-24V power supply (converts 100-240V 50/60Hz AC to DC) produce less heat per volume of flow
-Quiet Startup & Operation
-30watts at Full Speed
-6 Controllable Speed Settings

So anybody have one how do you find it, is it as good and as quiet as they say?

I use one for my return and I love it. Super quiet, no heat increase, and I for one like having the feed function.

I Just hooked one up today. I was using a mag 9.5, which is rated for 950 gal/hr. The Diablo is rated at 925 gal/hr. I didn't think it would make much of a difference, but it is a lot less flow.

The build quality looks very good and it is ultra quite. If your looking to replace your current pump I would defiantly recommend this pump but you might want to consider going a size bigger.

Thanks, my main concern with this pump was quality build, quietness( noise), use of power (25-30W) heat transfer and its feeding option. As for the flow , too much flow means your skimmer wont make good use of it, and if your looking for your return pump for tank flow you have the wrong pump. My powerheads in my tank will take care of that flow including my wavebox. Thanks for telling me that she's quiet thats a biggy lol.Thanks.
