Diagnose my sick fish, please

Howdy.

I currently have 3 Oc. Clowns in my QT tank. They're tiny, about 1.25 inches each and in a 10 gallon QT with an HOB filter and airstone. They have some PVC sections to hide in too. No sand or rocks. My Ammonia is around .25, Nitrates and Nitrites 0. I try to keep the filter in the HOB clean and do 50% water changes every few days. Tank at 76F, salinity 1.024.

Today I noticed 1 of the fish swimming back and forth across about a 3 inch span, but he kept doing it backwards, over and over. Also, his color seems to have shifted a bit. As far as describing him, he seems less orange, or maybe not such a deep orange as the other two. He's also by himself most of the time now. All 3 used to hang out together. Also, I noticed that when he swims, he scoots himself along the bottom of the tank, as opposed to just swimming and not touching anything. There is nothing else odd I've noticed at all. No spots, no cloudy eyes, no hanging stringy things, fin tips seem ok nothing.

They've been in QT about 2 weeks now. They didn't eat for the 1st 3 days, but now they were eating brine shrimp and flakes just fine, twice a day, alternating between the two. I haven't added any type of medication at all yet. The sick one doesn't seem hungry today.

My main 210g DT is cycled now and ready for fish, I just want to play it safe. These guys are scheduled to be the first tenants in about 6 weeks.

I've had a large SW tank before and have had fish mysteriously die, but never actually seen one that appeared sick before.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks
