diagnosis of spots on a potters angel

Ive seen ich before and i dont think this is it, this seems to be much bigger in the places its affecting the angel. I thought at first they were just some usual scuffs from getting used to the rock layout in a new tank or maybe getting a little roughed up from hisd tank mates but it seems to be getting worse. what can i do to reverse it? right now he is eating but not a lot, he seems to be pecking at spirulina brine when i put that in the tank but wont really eat anything else. thanks.

thanks, and sorry for the bad pics but the good cameras battery is dead at the moment and i cant find a charger

is it possible this is somthing that will go away on its own with good feedings? does he need to be removed from the tank and put into QT? if so what should i be treating with?

Tagging along, I have a potters in QT that is displaying similar symptoms. One round of Maracyn treatment didn't have much of an effect.
