Diagnosis Please! - Tang trouble

This is my naso tang with large bumps/pimples on head. It does not look like hole in head to me but please comment on diagnosis and treatment. Note he is eating well and does not yet seem to be bothered by it.

Your picture is a little blurry, but to me that looks like it could be a parasitic isopod.

Google has a lot of pics of them on fish. Here is one.
