I am starting to really fall in love with SPS and have some really great frags.
They look ok, better now that I put my queen in the sump, very sad moment.
But they do not look like every ones pictures.
Water quality is good. cal is a little low at 330ppm but have a reactor coming in.
I am pretty sure my lighting is what is the issue, I have LED's, lots of them, enough that I bleached my coraline and melted all my zoa's in about 3 days at 100, I dialed back to about 80% now, and things look good.
I have a large pink birds nest that looks pink, and has great polyps on it, same with a random birds nest, and my monti's look amazing.
But the new frags, red planet, plum crazy, etc, just don't look as nice as I think they should, they have been in my tank for a couple weeks, and looked great the first couple days, but seem to have went to where they are and stayed like this now.
Will they adjust to the light? or are they just adjusting to my water still?
Thanks,
