There's a dude on zeovit who uses it. Near as I can tell, essentially it's a constant water change unit. It's by no means a "dialysis" unit. Could be wrong though.

I just thought it was funny as the site refers to it as an Aquarium Dialysis machine. It may work great, and for the price, it should. I just found the dialysis comment funny.
