I have a beautifull 12-14" Long tentacle leather in my tank that has been just getting too big.
So yesterday I decided it was finally time to frag it. When i pulled the rock out of the water (due to the weight of the coral) the crown leaned to one side and the steam/trunk ripped.
It only ripped about 1/2 way thru but now the coral keeps leaning to that side and it looks to be tearing more and getting worse..
Is this coral salvagable? Should I just let it be and see if it continues to rip more? Or should I just cut it completely off, and frag the rest???
I really would love to make this guy healthy again as it was the main center peice in my tank, but im not sure it can come back from this
What should I do????
TIA!!!
