Did I order parts from right place?

Hi,

I ordered a 6065 Impeller from www.tunze.com. I pasted part of the email I received below. It has been more than a month and I have not received anything. I sent an email to 'TUNZE Webshop' <shop@tunze.com> on 11/29/2011 requesting the status and have not received any response either. My credit card has been charged. Can I get some help here? Thanks!

Yes, we shipped your order by Priority Mail on the 28th of October, it went in a small flat rate Priority Mail box and shipped from Austin, TX. Tracking shows it was delivered Oct 31. The email you sent to goes to Germany and they will likely forward it to me soon. I will PM you the shipping details (address and tracking).
